I didn’t authorize a subscription or recurring charge

If you noticed a charge you don’t recognize, please note that all billing follows the Terms & Conditions accepted during sign-up. Our system only processes payments after a user actively subscribes and confirms the selected plan.

In many cases, unfamiliar charges occur when another member of your household — or someone with access to your device or email — completes the sign-up process and starts the trial. All subscriptions begin with a $1.00 trial, which automatically renews into your selected plan unless cancelled.

Please review the confirmation email sent at sign-up. It includes:

  • Subscription plan details
  • Trial period information
  • Upcoming charge dates
  • Cancellation instructions
